Jessica Aquino, Founder of BLDG 365, is a visionary leader with over 30 years of experience in organizational development, leadership coaching, and employee empowerment. Drawing from her background in hospitality, ministry, and crisis management, she built a consulting business that centers employee well-being as the key to business success.
Her career began in hospitality, earning accolades at Marriott International, where she led teams of 550 employees, managed complex union negotiations, and fostered strong employer-employee relationships. In 2009, she pivoted to ministry, leading operations at Saints Church (formerly Christ Tabernacle) and overseeing the successful launch of a second campus. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jessica founded a micro-school for children of women in rehabilitation, providing essential educational stability and recovery programming.
At BLDG 365, Jessica helps organizations unlock potential by investing in their people, offering services in leadership coaching, organizational development, and training, believing that consistent efforts lead to lasting change in morale and culture.
